When I am not collecting cards, I work as a chemist. For chemists, the day October 23rd is a little more special than others. October 23rd is Mole Day.
Mole Day is celebrates the “mole” – a standard unit of measure for the number of carbon atoms found in 12 grams of carbon-12. The number of atoms is approximately 6.022 x 10^23 (a very big number).
So friends, raise a glass and Happy Mole Day to your and yours.
